The ROOFTOP GARDEN is a common area on the top floor of the building and not attached to the apartments.
Our building overlooks The Old Quarter. It is modern and comfortable and centrally located. A big sofa and a kingsize bed next to the balcony are the ideal spots to relax after a day of the city view with a glass of wine. The apartment has all you need from heating, modern appliances, a washing machine, and a dryer.
The apartment is spacious and comfortable with all the necessities for visitors. It has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room (dryer and washer).
The apartment is located on one of the most expensive and secure streets. There are Police Station and Army Department at both ends of the street so you will be staying in the safest area in Hanoi.
Public Transport and taxi are at your doorstep with easy access to the Hoan Kiem Lake, Night Market, and the Airport. There are some convenience stores and supermarkets near the apartment.
This area (historically called Hoan Kiem District) is the bustling heart of 36 ancient streets. It is an ideal area to explore the city, especially if you'd like to experience the local lifestyle. With a heady mix of culture, nature, and history and an eclectic mix of people, from the apartment, you will have easy access to restaurants and entertainment.
The area is home to creatives and hipsters in walking distance to the Nightlife in an area that is slightly "artsy".

Take Bus 86 – right in front of Noi Bai International Airport to Yên Phụ Bus Station at Yên Phụ Street. USD$ 1.5/ per ticket/ per person.
- From Yên Phụ Bus Station, it only takes you roughly 5 minutes to walk straight to our flat.
